The Harper government is out of control

Mr. Harper and his Conservatives want the people to be ready for cutbacks while they add 30 more MPs and 17 more Senators and then get ready to lay off the real workers that pay their wages.

These elected leeches will just be figureheads and will not be representing the people that elected them. After six years of very good wages for doing the will of the party, they will get a pension for life while the poor workers will get a reduced pension or none at all.

Now Harper wants us to have an elected Senate but they will be allowed to serve for only six years. That means after every six years of doing nothing, more leeches will be getting a pension for life and a whole new bunch of Senators will be waiting to get their pension.

To add insult to injury, the Conservatives gave a rebate on taxes to the companies to create jobs, but those foreign companies just turn around and cut the workers' wages in half or move the jobs out of the country.

I feel the government is part of the one per cent and eventually we will have more retired MPs and Senators getting a generous pension for life than taxpayers and those poor taxpayers will be working for a minimum wage.
